Who we are

Jureli Tech Pvt Ltd operates this website and the products SchoolOne, Naaulo and AskTutor. For anything in this policy you can reach us at support@jureli.com.

This policy covers jureli.com only. Our products have their own data handling terms, which we provide as part of the service agreement.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us. If you submit the contact form, we receive:

• Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and organisation
• The topic you selected and the message you wrote
• Your IP address, browser user-agent and the time of submission, recorded to detect abuse of the form

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not buy or sell contact data.

Why we use it

We use your details for exactly one purpose: to respond to the enquiry you sent, and to follow up on that conversation. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

We will not add you to a marketing list off the back of a support or sales enquiry.

Who we share it with

Your submission is delivered to our team by email through Amazon Simple Email Service, which processes it on our behalf as part of our hosting on Amazon Web Services. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our business mailbox for as long as the commercial relationship or the record of the conversation is relevant, and are then deleted. Server logs that contain IP addresses are kept for a short operational window and rotated out.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and only on the contact page: an anti-forgery token that proves the form was submitted from our own site rather than forged by a third party. It is strictly necessary for the form to work, it expires with your browser session, and it holds no information about you.

There are no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, and no third-party scripts or fonts loaded from other domains.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the mailbox that receives enquiries is restricted to the people who need it. We apply the same security practices to our own systems that we build into our products - role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit trails.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@jureli.com and we will respond within 30 days. If we cannot act on a request, we will tell you why.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and institutions, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. Where our SchoolOne platform processes student data, that is governed by the agreement with the institution, which remains the data controller.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be communicated directly.
